You get the statutory 2-year EU warranty. But more importantly: we stock replacement parts long-term. Hinges, hardware, mounting elements - everything can be ordered individually and swapped in minutes. Your Frunkly is built to last for years, and we make sure it does.

Not happy? No problem. You can return your Frunkly within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

Request a Return

Email us at support@frunk.ly or use our online withdrawal form within 14 days of receiving your order.

Ship the Product Back

Send the Frunkly back to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by you.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll refund the purchase price within 14 days via your original payment method.

The Frunkly should be returned in a condition that allows inspection. Please use the original packaging if possible.

Warranty & Returns FAQ

How long is the warranty?
You have a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date you receive your Frunkly. Within the first 12 months, we assume that any defect was already present at the time of delivery - so you don't need to prove anything.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Simply email us at support@frunk.ly with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll typically get back to you within 24 hours.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns under the 14-day withdrawal right, you cover the return shipping costs. For valid warranty claims (manufacturing defects), we cover the costs.
What if something breaks after months?
Just get in touch. We stock replacement parts for all Frunkly models - hinges, hardware, mounting elements. Most parts can be swapped by yourself in a few minutes. And if it's a warranty case, we cover the costs.
What condition does the Frunkly need to be in for a return?
The Frunkly should be in a condition that allows inspection. Normal test use (installing and trying it out) is perfectly fine. Please use the original packaging if possible.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
After receiving your return, we'll refund the purchase price within 14 days via your original payment method. In practice, it's often faster.
